Hey Instagram, it’s been a minute. My activity on this account is about to jump way up, so I thought I’d take a minute to re-introduce myself!

I’m Rebecca; and in addition to being a photographer, I’m also a mom of two tiny humans and have 4 fur babies! My interests outside of photography include video games, baking, gardening and reading.

One of my absolute favourite things about photography is the ability to capture a moment in time. Life goes on and things change, but the photo stays even if the memory may not.

I used to swear up and down that I had NO interest in still life or product photography. Turns out, I was wrong. I had SO MUCH fun setting this up.

Everything was placed with purpose, from the lavender in the bowl with the rings, to the way the labradorite is turned so that it’s blue is being lit up.

Tomorrow is the first day of spring! I’m so excited. I love the way everything sparkles in the winter, but my heart is ready for rain puddles, sunshine, rainbows and greenery. 💧☀️🌈💐

I just love ✨glitter ✨

I’m so behind on everything, and stressed about it constantly. But the way sunlight reflects on fresh snow always cheers me up, so I’m really holding out for the sun tomorrow!
