To photograph the beauty of and within nature is one of my most favorite things to do as a photographer. Then to get creative with ways to frame those images is so much fun!
The following are two of my most recent pieces framed with upcycling old barn wood window frames. The landscape one is titled 'I Will Leave The Light On" and the other is 'The Mighty Great Grey'.

Today they were hung at Concordia University as part of an art gallery of aspiring artist of all different mediums whom are members of the Art Collective organization.

When I was on my Alaskan Cruise back in July. I had booked an Alaskan Whale Watching & Mendenhall Glacier Photo Safari with Gastineau Guiding at our first port, Juneau, Alaska.

The first part of the excursion was to venture out on the sea for 3 hours with the hopes to find some whales. These are just a few of the ones I had captured of the Humpback whales. Not all are perfect captures but still worth sharing. For the size that these mammals are they still manage to move very fast!

As I go through all the photos I had taken I will continue to share with you all to enjoy, please feel free to comment I do appreciate it.

As they say it's a Whale of a tale! After a long time dealing with computer issues. I am finally back to being able to post my photography! :)

Back in mid July I went on an Alaskan Cruise, which was amazing!
The following captures were taken only a few hours into our cruise from Vancouver, BC to our first port Juneau, Alaska. You know it's going to be a great trip when it starts off with Humpback Whales giving you a send off show!!
