12 years behind the camera and somehow this life still feels a little unreal sometimes 🥹
What started as simply loving photography turned into documenting love stories all over the world. From the mountains in Alberta to the cliffs of Scotland, this job has taken me to places I used to only dream about.
But honestly, the biggest thing photography has given me is people.
The couples who care more about connection than perfection.
The quiet in-between moments.
The deep breaths before vows.
The “holy s**t this is really our life” kind of moments.
That’s what I’m drawn to every single time.
I’ve photographed in rainstorms, snowstorms, on cliff edges, beaches, mountains, and places with absolutely no cell service 😂 and after all these years, I still feel so grateful I get to call this my job.
I think a lot of people assume photography is just about taking photos, but for me it’s always been about creating a feeling. I want people to look back at their images years from now and remember exactly how it felt to be there 🤍
Okay your turn — if you could wake up anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would it be?
