Just a girl with a camera with a penchant for taking awesome action shots, wanting to get my name out there, get my shots recognized. Maybe one day one of my shots will make the cover of some off-road mag! I have very little experience with portraits and no experience shooting weddings, but I am more than willing to try even though they scare me to death :)

Honored to be invited to the Faculty of Native Studies' Tipi Raising. It was so interesting and beautiful. Done in the traditional ways, selecting proper poles for each purpose, the correct number of wraps around the poles (4 - representing the 4 elements) with rope, to the ladies who raised the single pole with the lady who would install the pins to keep the door section together. The artist, Christine, explained the meaning of each of the different colors and symbols. I'm waiting on their official write-up and will post a link when that goes live.

One night in October the lights came out early! So I ran out in my pyjamas and slippers with only my 14pro and snapped off a few shots. I think these are the best aurora shots I’ve ever gotten!! It was magical!! 🤩🤩🤩
