But Kaytlynn, what is an Aura Colour Guide? Well, let me tell you my darling ! 🩷

It is a mini booklet that offers you a bit more insight into your Auric Colours. I can be quite the yapper during session, which is a lot to take in!
When you exit a session you may not remember what we discussed - it happens! So in the guide book you can do some reading and it can help your energy remember what it was told.

You never have to actively remember what was said - your energy remembers what it needed to hear, and looking through your booklet will help your energy get the reminder it needs for that moment ✨

Oh, I’m the Universe’s favourite ? Girl, I know 🩷✨

My necklace has been fraying a bit, little metal pieces sticking my neck.
Very uncomfortable, but I don’t stop wearing my favourite crystal bead necklace.

I have needed super glue to fix this issue for a couple weeks now. I could have gone to the store, sure.
Or I could wait until the Universe provides for me 🥰

I’m sitting at my desk this morning - and I look down, all of the sudden I see this little red piece of something under my file holder.

IT WAS SUPER GLUE!!

I have no idea how it got there, no idea how long it’s been there.

I had JUST finished taping up another fraying metal piece, ya girl cannot go without her necklace and BAM the Universe provided for me ✨✨✨

It was a full tube, no glue around the edges of the cap, it was in perfect condition.

I am so grateful to The Universe, to my Divine ✨🩷

Colours of the 🌈 Rainbow 🌈

That is what your energy is - colourful, communicative, absolutely beautifully gorgeous. It tells a story. It offers guidance.

This photo is of your chakra’s - it is what you get to tangibly get to see during an ✨Aura Photography Session✨ with myself.

Your chakra levels change constantly, fluctuate all of the time, based off every single factor that goes on around you.

Personally - I don’t believe in “true, constant alignment”. If we were always in alignment we wouldn’t be experiencing, or be able to embody the true complex nature that is our human experience.

To me - alignment within our chakra’s, in the most blunt way possible, comes from not hating ourselves. By practicing compassion when things happen that greatly affect our energies, versus staying in the meanness to ourselves, is how we can get our chakra energies to continue flowing and not become stagnant or stale.

It’s not an easy thing to be able to cultivate, but little by little, check in with your chakra’s every so often and see what story it’s telling you. What love it has to offer you that maybe your mind isn’t offering your body or spirit right now.

I always get asked, “what colour is your aura” or “how often do you take your photo” - and the answer, not as often as I could be. (Which isn’t a bad thing)

I always do my own energy reading before I start a market. I want to get a visual on what energy I need to embody for that day or what energy I need to take a deep breath for and release, or just for straight curiosity because ✨pretty colours✨

Being able to see my own personal energy is one of the most beautiful reminders that I am in control of it, it doesn’t control me. We work together as a solid unit through intention & mutual love for one another - but that partnership can only work if I remember she exists.

In this photo my aura was strong Green & deep Indigo, healing & intuitive energy. This day my aura colours helped remind me that what I have to offer has meaning, it has impact - it can heal. That I know what I am talking about - even if I second guess any knowledge that I do hold in the ol’noodle.

Your aura isn’t always the same colours (it sure can be though, eh Debbie 😂) so checking in with it, without having strict guidelines or expectations can show you wonderful things about yourself that you may have misplaced along this journey of life.

When I took this photo I was feeling rushed, slightly overwhelmed because I was in a new place that I had never been before, the nerves were taking over - but, these colours, my colours, my beautiful auric energy reminded me that I am amazing, that I have the most profound energy, that I can do anything that I set my mind too.

So, when I get asked “how often do you do your aura photo”, maybe I don’t do it as often as I could (there is no *shoulds* around here) but when I do see my vibrant colours it gives me everything I need in that moment. We trust divine timing, I see the things in my existence when I am meant to or when I intentionally put it out into the universe to show themselves.

Never forget - take what resonates & leave the rest my darlings ✨🩷
