Let me formally introduce myself!

My name is Sharmayne, Iā€™m 24 years old and was born and raised in Bonnyville, Alberta, a small rural oil and farming town.

Growing up, I spent most of my time either at my grandparentsā€™ farm riding horses, out at Crane Lake, or involved in activities like photography & horse 4-H, and Ukrainian dancing! Those small-town roots shaped a huge part of who I am today.

Iā€™m also the oldest of seven siblings, and nothing in life brings me more joy than my family. Watching each of my six younger siblings grow into their own people has been one of my greatest blessings.

My love for photography started when I was 9 years old after my stepdad gave me my very first camera. My younger sister Elisabeth quickly became my first model, and from that moment on, I was hooked. Ever since I was a little girl, Iā€™ve always been the one carrying a camera around, capturing the people and moments that matter most.

Photography may not be my full-time career just yet! I work as a welding inspector or a helper in the oil & gas industry, commonly working on pipeline projects across Western Canada. šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ­

Because of that, I travel often and spend a lot of time on the go, but my dedication to photography and my clients has never changed. No matter where work takes me, creating meaningful photos and experiences for people will always remain a priority to me. šŸ’Ŗ
