Before we flew the kites, they wrote love letters to each other.

Not for anyone else to read. Just little reminders of what they love most about the person standing beside them.

As the sun set and the kites caught the wind, I found myself thinking about how special it is to find your person.

The one who feels like home.

The one whose arms feel completely safe while the whole world glows around you.

The one who makes even the ordinary moments feel like something worth remembering.

May we all find someone who makes us feel light enough to fly. 🦋✨

Someday, these photographs will belong to her children.

They'll flip through them years from now and see so much more than a smiling face.

They'll see the woman who danced around the living room with a guitar in her hands.

The one who kissed scraped knees, stayed up late, packed lunches, cheered the loudest, and somehow made ordinary days feel magical.

They'll see her laugh lines.

The way she looked at them.

The way she held them close.

And maybe they'll whisper,

"That was my mom."

"She gave us such a beautiful childhood."

What a gift it is to leave behind proof of a love like that. 🤍

Organic mama + child connection will forever be one of my favourite things to photograph.

The cuddles. The chaos. The way they tuck themselves into your side. The little habits and inside jokes that make your family yours.

It's also why I encourage longer motherhood sessions.

The magic usually isn't in the first five minutes. It happens when everyone relaxes, forgets about the camera, and simply spends time together.

Wondering what to bring?

Your children. Your love for them. And maybe a favourite activity you already enjoy together.

That's it.

No pressure. No complicated posing. Just space to slow down and document this season exactly as it is.

Because these moments deserve to be remembered, too. 🤍

I cut my greenhouse lettuce for the first time!

I had to leave the house super early yesterday morning and forgot to open up all the vents 🫠 so some of our lettuce wilted. I was so sad! But this morning I went and cut all of the good stuff and I'm so happy with what we got!

I think I'm going to make a taco salad for dinner! 🥗

I booked two of the SWEETEST intimate weddings this week for Fall 2026! This year is gearing up to be THE best season for us with so many incredible and beautiful couples!

This season of my life is beyond busy, but I am so grateful!

Welcome to my little greenhouse 🌼🪻☀️🌷

If you've been following my stories you probably have noticed that we somehow acquired a little backyard greenhouse 😅

I have the opposite of a green thumb so I'm trying really hard to be successful with *something*.

If you have any tips, tricks, or advice, I'd love to hear them! But please be nice because I'm a fragile gardener baby 🐥 🪏 🌿
