Rachel and Reid hosted their wedding on one of the hottest days of the summer. That beautiful bluey green Koocanusa water was calling our names as they tied the knot on Rachels parent’s property overlooking the lake.

But it was their love and their bad ass wedding that outshone everything, even that south country sun. They knew what they wanted and they planned their wedding weekend accordingly. (And yes, they did jump in the water during their welcome party!)

I’m absolutely obsessed with the photos we captured together with Reids Dad’s Porsche. I haven’t gotten to shoot with too many cool cars so this was pretty fun!

Tiff and Hailee are made for each other, and were meant to get married on Saturday, August 15, 2026 in Fernie, BC. I truly believe that, because there were so many funny hurdles that just seemed to simply work out on their wedding day, that I’m convinced the universe had to have had a part in it.

For instance, Tiff got contact dermatitis from some burrs their dog, Lulu, collected on a walk the week of the wedding. The incredible make up team at Calgary Based Hair & Makeup Team completely covered everything and used a technique that it somehow didn’t rub off. Absolute magic! The extra coverage added an entire hour to the morning timeline, but because we built such a stellar timeline, we were able to get back on track by the time the ceremony arrived and didn’t miss a beat leading up to it.

Their wedding day was SO much fun!! From belting out WAP as they danced their asses off in the forest, to their day being the only day with clear skies and mountain views for a few weeks, everything was incredible.

I was in absolute heaven photographing a wedding party made up entirely of women. No offence guys, but women just getttt it and photographing them all together was so much fun!

Dom and Chris constantly have their heads in the clouds. Whether they’re working on satellites (they didn’t meet through work, so it came as quite a shock when they found out they work in the same niche field) or skiing down the steepest mountains, they regularly operate at great heights.

So it made perfect sense that they got married on top of the world at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort

Their beautiful wedding day was full of twists and turns, lots of different weather patterns, and so much love.
