After carefully considering the pros and cons to renting out a space that is primarily used by myself, I have decided to close the doors to the public at this time.

The fact is, this space was created for myself first and second for others to enjoy. No matter how many times we stress the policies regarding parking, no shoes permitted inside the studio and how delicate our genuine lime wash walls are, they are not being respected. Not to the standard that I would treat someone else’s space and time.

This isn’t to say that we would not rent it to someone we know will treat it as their very own. We have had some really amazing renters and wonderful people in here! So please do not hesitate to reach out if you have rented with us and not been contacted about breaking the policies 🫶🏼.
