Well I am back, mostly, for now. Haha. We are kicking off me getting back into my art edits with.. *drumroll* Clouds! I have done my usual "insert complicated editing style here" again and I really love playing with texture. No colour adjustments in this one!

I finally finished another comic piece! I am so excited about this one because I feel I really nailed the texture of an old comic page. I love noir so much, and this piece was a long (30 hours) labour of love (and swearing). hahaha

Just.. ahh.. beautiful symmetry and I managed to not dip my camera lens in the candle! Winning!

While doing a cosplay shoot the other day I took some time to take some macro images of the candles we set up. When I started taking pictures, I noticed a super interesting things had happened, that the blue candle above this white candle, was leaking the blue wax into it. It was so fascinating to watch and I managed to get some amazing images out of it. I am in love with the symmetry on this.

I hope everyone is having a good week! Another portrait in the series, this one of the esteemed Troy Little, another amazing local artist who runs Pegamoose Press and has worked on many other series including Powerpuff girls, Rick and Morty D & D and his award winning Chiaroscuro.(to name a few) Please go check out his work and follow the page to support local art! Troy got two images because I loved the laughing one, just a moment of pure happiness captured forever, but I also wanted to give him a regular one. I have taken a smal break from this almost finished series to do some coplay and other edits, but I will be finishing it off soon.
