Studio 151 is now bringing “Drop-In” Photoshoots to Fredericton!
No appointment needed!
Studio 151 is a wonderful portrait studio opened at (Unit 5) 151 Main Street, Fredericton.
Owned and operated by Gary Weekes and Andy McNamara.
What’s a Drop-In Photoshoot?
A Drop-In PhotoShoot is a portrait shoot where you just “show-up” and have your portrait taken. The magic of this is that Studio 151 will provide a “rotating set of Saturday themes” which you can find by following us on Facebook (Studio 151) .
Each week we provide the “theme” (see below) and after visiting the Market or going shopping, you can then visit Studio 151 and have your portrait professionally taken by photographer/educator/filmmaker Gary Weekes. These are not “large group” portraits, shoot days are for groups of 3 people or less!
The beauty of the drop-in is that there is no need to book an appointment; just show up and we’ll fit you in. After your shoot, you will then receive a link from Studio 151, where you can then purchase an 8x10 Print ($20) or it’s Large Digital File ($40) to make as many reprints as you desire. If you don’t want to purchase either a print or a digital file, NO WORRIES! There’s always the next theme! Choose a different Saturday theme, drop-in and have your portrait taken again…Collect 6x different themes and treat yourself to a Personalized Photoshoot* on us!
*Personalized Photoshoots waives the sitting fee ($130), but you will still have to purchase your desired prints or digital files.

A Valentines Day shoot for Couples only!
B. WINTER WARMER: February 15th 2020 (10am-4pm)
Wear your best winter gear, coats, hats, scarves gloves etc.
C. Black on White ON WHITE: February 22nd 2020 (10am-4pm)
“High Key” B/W portraits, Head and Shoulders or ¾ Length. White Background
D. FADED GLORY: March 7th 2020 (10am-4pm)
Atmospheric images from days gone by
E. BLACK ON BLACK: March 14th 2020 (10am-4pm)
Show up wearing black and have your portrait taken on a Black Background
F. WANTED!: March 21st 2020 (10am-4pm)
Police MugShots…Need I say more?
G. SILHOUETTES: April 4th 2020 (10am-4pm)
Cool body shapes needed
