My client Jasmine asked me yesterday if I ever had any weird dreams when I started my self-growth journey...

I did...I remember a vivid dream about transformation that scared me and made me nervous when I first became self-aware while living in Victoria, British Columbia.

I don't remember it fully, but there was part of my dream where I was surrounded and swept up with gusts of wind and stars like a Disney princess transforming...

It was magical but scary because I just didn't know what was on the other side of this transformation.

This was 6 years ago when I first realized that I needed to make some serious changes in my life as my professional and personal values were not aligning. In fact, I had been drinking way too much and acting out...while completing my second law degree! :S

If I had only known that 6 years later, I'd been through years of counselling to improve myself and was going to create a healing and prosperous life coaching business, maybe that dream and the beginning of my transformation would not have been so scary.

I'm so proud of how far I've come since that time. I've since become a lawyer, completed my Master of laws, gotten back into dance in my 30s, become a professional performing dancer, and spiritual entrepreneur.

We spent the day at the Community Deathcare Expo hosted at Churchill Senior's Centre. What a profoundly educational and transformative event. It was such an honour to volunteer my gifts in a community of so many compassionate and incredible humans!
