Let's talk about self-love.
We all have those moments where we lie awake thinking about our worth, the value we bring to our own lives, and the value we bring to the lives of others. Sometimes we stand in front of a mirror and get lost in deep thought, questioning who we are and whether we're enough.
The truth is that self-love begins when we learn to see ourselves for who we truly are and choose to believe that we are worthy of love, respect, and value. Not because of what we do for others, but because of who we are.
Not everyone is deserving of the love, energy, and value we offer. Some people will walk away. Others will unexpectedly show up. That's simply part of life.
What matters most is the love and value we hold for ourselves. It's what keeps us grounded when things feel uncertain. It's what reminds us of our worth when others fail to see it. And it's what allows us to share genuine love and kindness with the people who truly appreciate and deserve it.
When you know your value, you stop chasing validation. You start living with confidence, authenticity, and peace. And that's where real self-love begins.
