This spring was Amelia’s first Dress Design, and I absolutely loved seeing her creativity. 🤍

She designed a two-piece look with a skirt made up of layers of tulle that cascade open in the front. (A little nod to her love of dance) The one shoulder top had s big tulle bow to tie it all together.

I love when the designs they come up with challenge me. It always pushes me to try something new, learn a new technique, or look at a design in a way i hadn’t before.

Only a couple weeks until I have another group of design to bring to life!

Looking back to July wishing we could hit rewind… there’s a coolness in the air this week and although I love the fall I’m enjoying these beach session so much!!!

I met this family a couple Christmas’s ago and was excited to get to shoot with them again .. and maybe because I didn’t have a sister I always think that relationship is so sweet!

What to expect at a session and …..what NOT to expect. 🌊

If we’ve met before, you may have realized I’m probably the most Type B person ever. And with a photo session I show up with very few expectations of exactly what’s going to happen.

Because we all know the minute you ask a child to sit still and smile… they want to do anything BUT that. 😂

My goal is to get a few posed photos for Mom’s wall, and then the rest of the shoot is mostly me chasing kids around while they run, play, eat sand and jump in the water in their new outfits.
(The more wild they are the more I love it)

If that’s your speed, I’m your girl.

I want your gallery to be filled with memories of what your kids are actually like at this age the personalities, the chaos, the laughs and all the little moments you’ll want to remember.

This was my second time capturing these cousins, and I love that this session became a little summer memory for them .. the older boys home for a short time, everyone together. 💛
