Studio M Photography Hi! My name is Monica, and I am a photographer specializing in newborn portraiture. Your baby is only this small once, and for such a short period of time.

For this reason, I strive to provide high quality, timeless images that families can treasure forever. My home studio is designed to welcome you in at a time when most parents are feeling somewhat less than perfect. It wasn’t long ago that I found myself recovering from a challenging birth, struggling with breastfeeding issues and up most of the night with a colicky baby – I understand! It is my g

oal to create a comfortable and relaxing environment where parents can sit back and enjoy watching their little one have photos done without feeling stressed. Your job is just to show up, I will take care of the rest! I am not a big fan of talking about myself, but I suppose you might want to know who you will be spending those 2-3 hours with after your baby is born. I am a proud mother of one beautiful baby girl, Matilda (hopefully more to come…just have to win over my husband!). I have a medical background, nursing in the Emergency Room for a number of years before completing my Nurse Practitioner program in 2014. Photography has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager, but it wasn’t until my daughter was born that I realized that I wanted to learn and grow as a photographer and capture important memories for new families. It is my goal to create a memorable newborn photography experience and provide families with high quality newborn art to cherish for years to come. For the first time in 7 years, I’ve made the difficult decision not to host Christmas minis this year.

Life has become very busy, and my son has been scheduled for surgery next month.

Sometimes, you have to make difficult decisions in order to maintain some sense of balance and stay healthy. I’m sorry to those that I will let down with this decision. I hope things will settle so that I can create some beautiful Christmas memories for you all next year ❤️

Oromocto and surrounding areas! It's time!!!
Christmas Mini sessions are being held on Sunday, November 26th from 11am to 6pm at Oromocto Dance Studio. Cost is $125 and includes 5 digital images with print release. I will have these two sets to choose from. Children and families welcome. These sets work perfectly for story time pictures, hot cocoa and cozy blankets (all props provided!). Sessions sell out every year, so please contact me early to reserve your space. I can't wait to see all of your beautiful faces again this year!
