I absolutely LOVE being part of the bo***ir community. ❤️

It has changed so much since I first started this journey, and honestly, it’s incredible to see how far this industry has come.
This is the FIRST EVER Bo***ir Gala created by another bo***ir photographer, and I still can’t believe I get to be part of it. Imagine having some of the best bo***ir photographers in the world all sitting in the same room, celebrating this industry, connecting with each other, and cheering each other on as awards are handed out. 🥹✨

AND… I did something that was a BIG step outside of my comfort zone.

I submitted ONE bo***ir image for an award!! 😭🥹 HOW COOL IS THAT?!

The judges are some of the best bo***ir photographers in the world, and knowing how incredible the talent being submitted is made me seriously question myself. There are SO many amazing photographers out there creating absolutely breathtaking work.
But sometimes, you just have to take the risk.

You have to stop wondering if your work is “good enough,” step outside that little comfort zone, and put yourself out there anyway.
So I did it. I submitted an image. 🖤

Whether it wins or not, I’m genuinely proud of myself for taking that chance and allowing my work to be seen alongside some of the photographers I’ve looked up to for years.

Sometimes the biggest win is simply having the courage to say, “Why not me?”

And this experience is going to be so much more than just the gala!
That morning, I’ll be taking part in mini workshops with some of the judges themselves. 📸🥹 Getting the opportunity to learn directly from some of the best photographers in the world is something I’m incredibly excited about.

I’m always investing back into this business and continuing to learn, grow, and push myself creatively because every time I grow as a photographer, I get to bring that knowledge, creativity, and experience back to my clients and their experience in front of my camera. ❤️

So many of these photographers are people I had the chance to meet back in Vegas in 2023, and I cannot WAIT to catch up with those familiar faces. But I’m just as excited to meet the new and upcoming photographers who are making their mark in this industry and even meet some of the photographers I’ve followed on social media for YEARS but have never actually met in person!

There’s something really special about being surrounded by people who understand this industry, the art, the challenges, the creativity, and the heart that goes into what we do.

I cannot wait to bring you along with me for this experience.
Vegas 2023 was such a memorable chapter… and I have a feeling this gala is going to be another one. ❤️

And who knows… maybe I’ll be bringing home an award too. 👀🏆

🎉 Photographer Yard Sale at the Studio! 🎉

Good morning friends!

On June 29th, I'm hosting a photographer's version of a yard sale at the studio.

I've accumulated a lot of props, backdrops, and studio items that are no longer being used, and it's time to clear some space for new things.

Some of the items available will include:
📸 Christmas backdrops (including several from Baby Dream that were only used once and can't be reused for our clients)
🎄 Christmas props
🐰 Easter props
🌷 Easter backdrops
👶 Newborn props we no longer use
🎂 Cake smash props and décor
👗 A lingerie clothing rack we no longer use
🖤 Leftover lingerie from when we had our boutique

For any bo***ir photographers looking to start or expand their client closet, I'll have the lingerie and clothing rack displayed together as a mini Client Closet Starter Kit.

One of my favorite parts of our maternity experience is helping clients choose a dress from our studio wardrobe. 🤍

Of course, you can absolutely wear something from your own closet, but there is something magical about stepping into a gown that was designed to photograph beautifully.

The flowing fabric adds movement.
The long trains create drama.
The textures catch the light in all the right ways.

Most importantly, it gives you permission to feel a little extra.

At this stage, your beautiful baby bump is nice and round, but you're usually still comfortable enough to move around, pose, and enjoy the experience. Every pregnancy is different, of course, and if you're expecting multiples or have concerns about going earlier, we can always adjust the timing.

Maternity sessions are about so much more than documenting a bump. They're about celebrating the incredible journey your body is on and capturing the excitement of meeting your little one.

✨ We recommend booking your session early in your pregnancy to ensure availability.
✨ Sessions are typically photographed between 30–34 weeks.
✨ Professional hair & makeup and access to our maternity wardrobe are included.

This chapter goes by so quickly. Don't forget to step in front of the camera and celebrate it.

Newborn photography is completely baby-led. We don't rush through sessions, and we understand that babies have their own schedules.

Need a feeding break? No problem.
Need extra cuddles? We have time.
Need a diaper change? That's completely normal.

if you're expecting, it's never too early to reserve your newborn session. We recommend booking during your pregnancy so we can hold space around your due date and photograph your little one during those precious first days of life.
