If the photographer fails to appear at the specified time and location without any notice, the deposit shall be refunded in full to the Client. In an unforeseen event such as illness, death, Covid related isolation or unpredictable weather, the session shall be re-scheduled for a convenient time for both parties. The Client must provide 24 hours notice in order to reschedule their session. If the
Client cancels their session and fails to provide 24 hours notice, a new non-refundable retainer will be required to book an reschedule their session. *
The Session Fee must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your session date. For 'All Inclusive' Sessions, 50% of your total session fee is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due BEFORE the day of your session. The Photographer retains copyright to all photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to print, use or reproduce the photographs if clients purchase FULL resolution Digital Files. Client may not sell the photographs in print or digital format for profit. Client must have written consent from the photographer if they would like permission to enter photos into any sort of competition including but not limited to online photo contests. The client shall arrive on time for the scheduled session at the agreed upon time. In the event that the client is late, that time shall be deducted from the session time. Sessions may only be rescheduled if given 24 hours notice. Photographer will have the best photos from the session edited and presented to the Client 2 weeks, no later than 3 weeks after the session date. It is the sole decision of the Photographer which photos she chooses to professionally edit from the session and present to the Client.
