Hi everyone, I'm Yoeum 👋
It’s been a while since I properly indroduced myself!
I've been in love with photography for as long as I can remember. My first film camera came when I was 12, but my passion really started at home—my dad was a photo-obsessed hobbyist. We have many family albums filled with moments he captured, even when film was expensive in the ’90s.
Growing up, I was a very creative but shy person, but I pushed myself to break out of my shell—taking drama in high school and joining the school band, finding ways to express myself.
Fast forward I met my husband Will, and we’ve been married for nearly 16 years. About 12 years ago, I left my full-time job to help him with our business. I started editing real estate photos and videos, but everything changed with the arrival of our first baby. That’s when newborn and family photography became my true passion—capturing soft, timeless moments that families treasure forever.
Over the last few years, I’ve expanded into branding, business photography and headshots, helping small businesses and personal brands tell their story visually. Newborn 📸 still hold a special place in my heart.
Outside of photography, life is full of simple joys: baking sourdough, experimenting with new recipes (my kids are the ultimate taste testers), gardening and soaking up the outdoors with my family.
