Everyone loves to jokes about fake candids, but I truly think capturing people in their truest form makes for the prettiest photos. When I’m photographing you, I’ll likely be saying some funny stuff to make you smile, or direct you to help you loosen up and capture those “natural” poses we all see in pics.

For example, for this shot, I just asked M&R to walk towards me at a slow pace? And go from looking at each other, to baby M, to me. I’m a bit biased, but I think we got the shot 😉
