When we talk about how we show love for our pets, what’s the first thing that comes to mind?

Probably physical or verbal affection, or maybe even giving them treats. But I think one of the most important ways that we show love for our pets is by taking care of their health – oral health included! An actual representation of me turning my nose up at the snow flurries and pretending it’s still fall 🥲

But really, I can’t believe we’re already a week into December and the holidays are just around the corner. Jordan is headed home to Ontario for the holidays and I’m headed to the UK to visit family and we’re both pretty stoked for leaving at the end of this week! What are your plans this holiday season? ☺️

Since we’re moving to Australia soon and our lives are consumed by moving prep and getting all of the paperwork in order to import Bilbo, I have a question for y’all. If you could bring your dog with you anywhere in the world, where would it be? Pretend that import and travel regulations didn’t exist and you could teleport with your dog. Would you go somewhere both of you have never been before? Somewhere you’ve been and would love to share with them? On an adventure or somewhere relaxing?

Just over here pretending like fall isn’t over and winter isn’t just around the corner 😅 are you excited for the first snow of the season?!

HI after 2 weeks of human interaction that consisted primarily of “hi, is this still available?” on Facebook marketplace, I am happy to have some time to get back on here and chat with y’all. Selling nearly everything you own is one heck of a task. We are cutting down on everything we own, which includes Bilbo’s things too! So aside from your clothes, what’s one thing you couldn’t live without and would need to bring for an overseas move? And what’s one thing your dog couldn’t live without? For me I think I couldn’t give up my camera and for Bilbo it’s probably his blue football.

To new beginnings 🥂

We’re moving. TO AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺

Apparently a lot of y’all didn’t see a move in our future based on my story poll from the other day. Hate to break it to you that we aren’t getting a new puppy 😂

Before getting a dog, we always told ourselves we wouldn’t let having a dog stop us from going on big adventures or pursuing amazing opportunities in life (within reason). That he would be an adventure dog in more ways than one. We’ve always loved travelling, seeing the world, and saying yes to adventure. So moving to Australia is our next big one and we hope you’ll follow along with us.

In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit 🍃

Y’all know I couldn’t miss the opportunity to dress Bilbo up as a hobbit for Halloween. (and yes, he’s dressed like Frodo because it was easier to DIY and we don’t talk about the Hobbit movies in this house, iykyk 🤫). I had way too much fun putting together this costume and taking photos.

Ok ok so Halloween is really right around the corner now. As much as I’m bummed for spooky szn to come to an end, I’m excited to enjoy Halloween in a few days. Nowadays I usually end up throwing together a pretty last minute costume, but I’ve always enjoyed getting dressed up. What’s your favourite Halloween costume you’ve ever done? 👻

When you travel are you an over-packer or under-packer? I tend towards overpacking a bit or just enough but I slightly under packed this trip in terms of clothing and considering how many times I’d be out and walking in a day and the hot weather in Spain 😅
