There's something so wonderful about new life. You'll try to memorize every moment, every feature, but time always has a way of making you forget exactly just how small they once were. That's why it's so important to photograph these moments. It's your time machine back to these sweet times, and they can place you right back where you were, memorizing those tiny fingers and toes and small eyelashes.
I will always be amazed at how our bodies create actual tiny humans. That is a miracle, if there ever was one. Not only do we create this little body, but their essence or soul is also created within us. That is mind blowing!

Little details ✨️
I have one more wedding for this season. It's crazy how much has happened since my first wedding!
I didn't even think I was going to photograph weddings, but I'm so glad that I made the leap. I have learned so much and made so many great connections, and weddings are truly so fun!
Besides my own weddings, I also wanted to give a shout out to the amazing photographers I got to work with and/or for this season. Thank you for trusting me, and it was so fun to work with each one of you! You each have played a major role in who I am as a photographer and I truly appreciate it 🤍

Jarrett & Natalie - I had been looking forward to this one! You know when you just click with a client and you instantly feel like friends? These two were so fun to work with and such a beautiful couple. So much love, great belly laughs and tears from everyone, especially after Dad's speech. 🥹
You could feel their love throughout the whole day, down to all the little touches they added, like crocheted little dolls of the two of them, done by the bride. She also embroidered every table number, and even made those amazing bouquets! Jarrett even crocheted a little elephant for Natalie to show his love. It was just the sweetest day!

We got some exciting news over Thanksgiving. There is more than pumpkin pie cooking in the oven. 😂 We are expecting our third sweet babe in June! This will be our little tie-breaker. This babe is very much a surprise but we are so happy to experience this journey and have a large family. ❤️ I'm still very early on, but with it being our third, I just feel like no matter what, I wanted to share the news with everyone.
Sharlie says she thinks it's a girl and that Henry thinks it's a boy. Justin is feeling a boy and I am thinking girl.
A little story time:
A few days ago I had a vivid dream of giving birth and I felt the need to push in my dream. At first they were like, it's a boy and I'm like awwwe, then they were like, no it's actually a girl. I felt so excited thinking about all the little clothes.
Then a couple days ago I felt very crampy and I assumed my period was on its way. But then I started to feel lower back pain, similar to mild back contractions and I'm like, that's weird, I don't usually get that with a period. Then I feel slightly nauseous and I'm like, I'm going to go test (not actually expecting anything). Then the line pops up right away and I call Justin up and take another. We were just both in shock and then immediate excitement. I'm so glad our third happened this way, it makes everything so exciting!
This babe's birthday will be in-between Henry and Charlotte's, with another 2 year gap. We're really happy all of our babes will be close in age. Looking forward to the next steps and hearing their heartbeat, and seeing them on the ultrasound. I think we are going to try to wait to find out the s*x at birth. We're both really impatient and enjoy planning though, so we'll see 😂
I'm thankful for this business and being able to connect with my clients and their families, and making new friendships through clients and also other vendors. I have some very special friends that I've met this past year in business. After searching for years for my passion, I have finally found it and I'm so grateful 🙏🏻 And I am so thankful for my growing family and my amazing husband. Couldn't do life without you. ❤️
