Last night at Conrad's Beach. The sound of the waves crashing, frozen sand crunching under foot and the sky doing what it wanted. Nova Scotia showing off again!

These images celebrate the fleeting beauty and grandeur of Twillingate’s iceberg season. Both ground and aerial perspectives showcase dramatic icebergs drifting along the rugged coastline.

These photos were captured over a one and half day period in mid June.

Day trip to Ward Falls, just outside Parrsboro along the Diligent River šŸŒ²šŸ’¦ The waterfall alone is worth the 6.5km round-trip hike, but the real magic? That sketchy ladder (climb at your own risk āš ļø) leading to a hidden canyon above the falls. Moss-covered cliffs, cool rock formations, and total Jurassic Park vibes

It has been a photo bucket list of mine for a while now to get a good puffin photo. On my all too brief trip to Newfoundland last month I made sure to make time to visit Elliston puffin colony. I spent the better part of the day sitting laying and rolling around the ground in an attempt to get that shot. The following are a small section of the days captures.

One of my photography bucket list goals has always been to capture a puffin up close—and I finally got the chance during a quick trip to Newfoundland last month.

I carved out time to visit the Elliston puffin colony and spent the better part of the day lying in the grass, crawling through the dirt, and quietly waiting for just the right moments. These little birds did not disappoint.

Captured on June 19, 2025.

Caught this aerial off the coast of Twillingate. The iceberg looked like it was glowing from within, casting a surreal emerald hue through the water. Nature has a way of reminding us just how powerful and beautiful it can be.

Shot from land—no boat, no guide, just me, the wind, and this frozen beast.

Reflections of stars at my feet, the galaxy stretching endlessly above.

This was shot from the shoreline at Conrad’s Beach, with the Milky Way core glowing just above the horizon. Moments like these remind me why I stay up chasing darkness and silence.

Off the radar.
Tucked off an old ATV trail, this waterfall feels like nature's little secret. No signs, no crowds — just the sound of water and the crack of branches underfoot.
