Japan days with my boy… 🌊☀️
Some of our favorite memories were made in Kamakura — strolling around town, wandering by the sea, golden sunsets, busy little beach streets, and scenic Enoden rides along the coast.

Yuigahama during golden hour felt like a dream.
Captured with my trusty Fujifilm X100T 📷✨

If you’re planning a trip to Kamakura, here are a few little tips ♪

• Take the iconic Enoden train from Kamakura Station toward Enoshima 🚋
• Sit on the left side for beautiful beach views along the ride
• Hop off at random coastal stations — some of the prettiest spots are between stops
• On clear days, you might even spot Mt. Fuji in the distance 🗻
• Yuigahama is especially magical during golden hour 🌅

There’s something so powerful about capturing the quiet before everything changes. ✨
The stillness, the anticipation, the love already growing in unseen ways…

As a photographer, these are the moments I’m drawn to most—the in-between, where life is soft, sacred, and full of possibility. 🤍

Because anticipation isn’t just waiting… it’s becoming.

Last fall I spent a beautiful sunny afternoon strolling through Kamakura. 🍁 The light was soft, the air calm..just enjoyed wandering and seeing what caught my eye.
I made my way through Tsuruoka Hachimangu, a historic Shinto shrine tucked among quiet pathways, and happened to catch a glimpse of a traditional Japanese wedding ceremony, had a casual chat with lovely Japanese girls in kimono and snapped a few quick photos, noticed a gentleman sitting peacefully outside a small soba shop, watched the sunlight hit the bridge and autumn leaves just right, making everything glow..✨

Street photography brings me so much joy — simply strolling, noticing, and appreciating those little everyday moments that somehow feel magical when the light and timing are perfect ♪
