THIS is pure luxury, Nature!

Speaking of luxury...I never intended on being a 'single mom', life happens. I also never thought that I would need to defend my INTENTIONS either. It's a complex world. Not surprisingly, people are 'on guard', including me.

To TRUST or not to TRUST.
That IS the question. ❓❓❓

Not all single moms are looking for a new daddy or out to gold dig. Single Moms (parents ) are some of the Bravest, hard working and KIND Souls I've met. Including ME.

I'm in the Era of ...I'm not going to dispense one iota of energy in proving myself or intentions to any one.

Bruce Lee wasn't just a martial arts legend; he was a philosopher!

One of my favourites 📚 Just read it again for the umpteenth time! Living by the water 🌊 has been one of my greatest Joys. Peace, stillness & INSIGHT! The gift that Nature gives us, IF we let Her. 🙏

The Coles notes version:

1. Flow Like Water (Adaptability): Lee wasn't just talking about physical flexibility in martial arts. "[Bruce] didn't believe in a fixed style or system," Shannon Lee writes. This translates to life. Don't cling to rigid methods; be like water, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of situations and people. The book offers examples of Lee training with no set forms, allowing his movements to flow based on his opponent.

Something to THINK about.

You have no time to LOVE....

How much TIME do we waste on judging? Time we won't get back. Time that will chip away at our Souls. Time that will ultimately cause divisiveness.

Oh, that sounds like Social Media 🧐🤔 Yikes!!

Stay in FAITH.
Stay in HOPE.
Stay in TOUCH.
Stay in BEAUTY.
Stay TEACHABLE.
Stay SOFT & SIMPLE.
Stay CLOSE to those that UPLIFT & VALUE YOU.

JOY lives in the little things & moments. 🐞

At work today, my clients collectively agreed that their respective situation was nothing short of OVERWHELMING. They were FOCUSing on the 'BIG picture' & subsequently feeling fear, anxiety and sadness.

We've ALL been there. As often as possible, when we find ourselves expanding the LENS of Life, and entertaining the doom that follows, cap your peripheral vision and FOCUS on the little moments of JOY.
