I’m in LOVEEEEEE!!! The barn, the pond, the staff, the whole atmosphere… everything just felt so effortlessly beautiful. Romantic, timeless, and just a little bit magical✨

This session 🥹🤍

This sweet family had just sold their house and were getting ready to move, but before they left, they wanted to capture all the little feelings, moments, and memories that made this house home.

And honestly… I’m obsessed.

There’s something so special about photographing your family right where life actually happens. The couch you’ve spent a million evenings on, the kitchen where you’ve made countless meals, the kids running around their favourite rooms, the everyday little moments you don’t realize you’ll miss until they’re gone.

And this is your sign that family photos do NOT have to mean going to a park and saying “okay, everyone look at the camera!” 😂
I would MUCH rather come hang out at your house for an hour, let the kids be kids, let you love on each other, and document your family exactly as you are.

Give me the messy, the cuddles, the chaos, the belly laughs, the snacks, the couch snuggles… ALL OF IT!!!

I would absolutely LOVE to do more in-home, hang-out-and-document-your-life family sessions 🤍

As August comes to a close, I’m taking a moment to slow down and feel incredibly grateful🤍

For every couple who has trusted me with their wedding days, their growing families, their milestones, and all of the little moments in between.

And for the fellow photographers who have trusted me to step in and document their couples’ stories alongside them — it truly means so much.

This season has been busy, beautiful, and completely full of the moments that remind me why I love what I do. I feel so lucky to call this my job✨

Now, onto the next chapter…

I’ve been photographing this beautiful family since baby #1, and now we’re here celebrating baby #3!!!😭🤍

And I have to share something incredibly special…

I had the absolute honour of photographing something I’ll never forget — a beautiful, natural home birth. At the end of this post, I’m sharing a little video from their incredible birth story I was fortunate to be apart of.

Celine and Steve chose to wait until birth to find out if they were welcoming a boy or a girl. Getting to witness that moment, watch their little one enter the world, and be one of the very first people to discover “boy or girl”was truly magical.

There are moments in this job that mean so much more than just taking photos. This was one of them🤍

Thank you, Celine & Steve, for trusting me with such an intimate, vulnerable and incredibly meaningful moment in your lives. It is an honour I’ll never take for granted.
