We don’t enjoy writing posts like this, but after several recent incidents, it needs to be clearly stated:
Entering the studio before your booked time or remaining after your rental has ended is considered trespassing and theft of time. This is not acceptable under any circumstances - even if the studio appears empty.
If you require additional time, it must be booked in advance. If you are running late or need to extend your session, please contact the studio to confirm availability before assuming the time can be used. We genuinely appreciate those who already do this - this message is not directed at you.
Your rental must include time for your session, as well as setup and cleanup time. This is outlined and agreed to at the time of booking.
Food is not permitted on furniture. If snacks are brought into the space, all crumbs and mess must be cleaned before leaving. A broom and vacuum are available. Continued disregard for this will result in a no-food policy.
Please respect the space, the schedule, and the policies so we can continue offering a clean and professional environment for everyone.
