Birth is heart work.

I have yet to leave a birth unchanged. Being a witness to these intimate, transitional moments; I don't think there are words. Every birth I have the absolute privilege to attend, teaches me something new. I have learned to pivot, advocate stronger, be more present, breathe deeper, and make space in my heart just a little bit more.
