Hello, gorgeous! I know you’ve wanted to treat yourself (and maybe your partner too 😉) to a bo***ir photography session, but something is holding you back. The thought of getting down to your knickers in front of a stranger plus their camera can be a little intimidating. I hear you! But I do want to let you in on a bit of secret. You are beautiful inside and out. All those “flaws” or “imperfections” are what make you, you. Your partner loves every single curve of yours, and I know it takes some time, and lots of practice of self-love, but you should too.
I can sit here and tell you to accept yourself, and gives you tips and advice, but it doesn't mean a thing if I don't practice what I preach. Ever since I could remember, I've been insecure about my body. I would always compare myself to others, or look at unrealistic expectations in magazines, and social media, and follow terrible hashtags like . I would save outfits I would dream of rocking "someday". I want to change that in 2020, and learn to love myself, stop comparing, and to stop saying no to things I want to do because I'm worried of how I will look, or what people will think. So I'm booking that trip I've been putting off for a couple of years, and finally booking that photo session I've wanted to do for ages.
What are some steps you are taking towards self-love? What are some fears that are holding you back? I'm no expert at it, but I want to be your hype woman and cheer you on and support you.
