Since I was young I always had a passionate eye for photography. I graduated from Mohawk College – Creative Photography Motion & Still (2013). I am a Freelance photographer. So, instead of working for an employer a freelancer works on multiple projects for different clients. Working for myself instead of an employer not only gives my life freedom, but it also keeps my projects new and exciting. I am an active person always moving and changing things up. In my spare time, I love to attend concerts, discovering new up and coming bands. I also enjoy going on long, adventurous walks with my dog, Eddie and spending time with my Fiancée. I also like to kick back and relax when I need to. I like my photography to reflect my lifestyle.
I love having control over jobs and clients which keeps fresh new ideas coming in and out often, as opposed to doing one type of photography with a company all day every day. It keeps me passionate, it allows me to be the best artist that I can be. And by picking my own projects it allows me to have control of my creative expression. I also have the ability to set my own hours. Which keeps me sure that I am always at the top of my game and can take time off as needed. So that my personal life doesn’t interfere with my work. I can take time off and come back to things completely refreshed. This lifestyle is best for me because it keeps me feeling like I have a job, I don't have a job. I have a passion and it just happens to be my proffesion. In the words of Harvey MacKay "Find something you love to do and you'll never have to work a day in your life".
I am always looking around me for inspiration for my next project. Most of my work tends to focus on portraits, landscapes, and architecture. However, there is nothing I love more than a challenge. Whether it's laying under an electric tower all day waiting for the clouds to be “just right” or walking around the CN tower for 9 hours for the perfect photo time lapse. I always put my 100% into my work. Aside from just taking the pictures, I also have very keen eye during the editing process. I always put the time and effort into every picture until it looks “just right”. Nothing makes me happier than the satisfaction of my customers. While also providing the best services possible at the fraction of the price of my competitors. As my slogan says “capturing life's perfect moments”.
