Normally, I feel like I would refrain from posting such vulnerable photos of myself on my business accounts but I think it’s important for y’all to know I’ve been on the other side of the camera as well!

Not only as a self love thing like in these shots (Thanks to my friend Trish at for capturing these), but also as a model when I used to do FSSW and seggsy massage. I had to regularly get photoshoots done, almost quarterly, in order to refresh my website, ads, and social media for content.

So TRUST me when I say, I get you, I understand the feeling of vulnerability and fear that comes with capturing and archiving these moments. I also understand the negative experience you can have with a photographer, it’s not a good time when boundaries are crossed or they over edit photos without your consent to make certain features ‘POP’ out more 😂

If you’ve ever experienced that, I want to say on behalf of all photographers: I’m truly sorry. It’s not okay, and you deserve so much better. You deserve to feel at home in your own skin and body.

Fibonacci sequence or the golden ratio/spiral 🐚 I love trying to find patterns in photos or using naturally occurring patterns to inspire my work.

The Fibonacci sequence and the golden spiral are mathematical and geometric concepts that frequently appear in nature and have been used as inspiration in various fields, especially in design, architecture, and art. They represent another form of nature-inspired design, often referred to as biomorphism or organic design.

I took this at the public library in Oregon, it’s a staircase. I always love going to the public libraries of the cities I visit.
