We’re hiring a Customer Service Overlord (Part-Time) at Evil Empire Studios.

This role is focused on coordinating studio bookings and client communication, making sure contracts, invoices, and insurance are handled properly, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and quick to learn, with strong email etiquette and confidence coordinating bookings. Experience in film or photography, or familiarity with industry terminology, is a big plus.

Details:
$27 per hour
Part-time, flexible hours (3-20 hours per week)
Mostly remote, with some in-person studio support
Weekday availability required, with two daily email check-ins before 12 PM and before 5 PM
Occasional weekend availability
