My very last wedding of the year is this weekend and I honestly can’t believe how fast this season has flown by!!! As much as I love capturing all of your stories, I’m reallyyy looking forward to a slower season leading up to having our little one.
If I shot your wedding this summer, there’s a 90% chance I felt REAL sick as I was in my first trimester lol. I like to think no one really noticed though, I held it together pretty well on those long days (especially the 40 degree days, I don’t even want to talk about those). If I wasn’t working, you would have found me inside all summer, lying on the couch in the AC, eating crackers and napping lol.
We’re in a much better state now though.. besides it getting a little harder to move around and me realizing I can’t do everything I used to do. I still try but I’m learning to take things a little slower. No more grocery shopping without a cart or trying to push 1000lb round bales over lol. Time to take it easy, enjoy this slow season, cuddle up with my family in front of the wood stove and get some projects done around the property/ house.
I still have some mini sessions coming up and a couple projects booked for the winter but outside of that I’ll likely be taking a hard break at the beginning of January. So if you want to get booked in for some winter photos, send me a message and we’ll plan something for November/ early December!! ❄️
