This is really hard for me to write, but I know if there’s ever a time to lean on my community, it’s now 🤍
Gus was diagnosed with cancer on Dec 23rd. We don’t yet know the severity, because even the diagnostics alone are incredibly expensive, and surgery is even more so.
The majority of you know how deeply obsessed I am with this dog. He’s been my constant, my comfort, my shadow for almost 10 years. All I want right now is to give him the best chance at more good days. Another season to enjoy our backyard. Another camping trip. More walks in our beautiful new neighbourhood. The idea of saying goodbye makes me physically ill.
To help cover his vet bills, I’m offering mini sessions:
Option A
🐶 20 minute sessions
🐶 25 edited images
🐶 $350 + gst
Option B
🐶 10 minute session
🐶 10 edited images
🐶 $200 + gst
Every dollar from these sessions will go directly toward Gus’ diagnostics and care, helping us understand the severity of his cancer to make informed, compassionate decisions about whether surgery is the right path or if it’s time to say goodbye.
This will be a mini session weekend (dates coming shortly based on interest). If you’ve ever been meaning to update photos, this would mean more to me than I can put into words.
