So much to catch up on.... it's been one heck of a summer, and the universe apparently thinks I'm up for the challenge. Doing my best to lean into it all with as much grace and strength and calm as possible. But for now, I'm happy to start sharing some of what I've been working on the last few months. Note to self- sweaty palms don't show up in photos;)

If you know me, you know that stepping in front of the camera is one of my biggest fears. Upset stomach, sweaty palms, allll the anxiety and awkwardness. My photog friends know they're up for a challenge if I need a photo;)

This super-mini session with the always sweet and incredibly talented was no different. I was dreading it. But, I put on a pretty dress, had THE glam me up, and most importantly, I trusted the process. It started off uncomfortable, but I loosened up and of course loved the results.

My point? I've BEEN there. I know how it feels- but I promise you, the confidence comes through the process of having your photos taken- I also promise you that you'll LOVE your photos ( sweaty palms and all;)

Documenting families.... grandparents, siblings, cousins.. in all the chaos, is SUCH a treat. I'm always a little nervous going in- but when families embrace the chaos of it all, it never fails to be oh so magical. Stay tuned for more! ✨

Did you know that children who regularly see their own faces in printed photos have a 37% increase in self-esteem? Just saying..... and, this fact is another reason I've started including prints in all full packages. If you already had photos taken with me, and they're just sitting on your computer rotting away. Well, I'd love to help! It is THE most fulfilling feeling having photos up on those walls ✨✨whether it be a large statement piece, 4x6's in a photo box on a shelf, or a coffee table album.. such satisfaction having tangible prints to ENJOY✨

Home. One of my fave places to capture your family✨It doesn't need to look like a Pinterest board, it doesn't need to be all white, and it sure as heck doesn't need to look perfect. It needs to have you and your fave people, barefoot and ready to have some fun. Warning, things can get a little chaotic, but it's always worth it ✨

We had a plan for this date-night shoot, and the busy long weekend crowds and wind had other plans for us. So, we explored some little nooks and crannies around the last place in the city there was to park, and created some magic. Can't wait for their big day ✨
