A weekend like no other. C+J, along with their families held the most intimate and meaningful elopement tucked away in the woods.

To immediately being invited as a part of the family truly amazed me. It’s so apparent how loved these two are by their families. Salamat po for allowing me to be a little part of your biggest day and Ate for sending us with enough kamayan food to feed an army!! Two more to go 😝🤍☀️🏝️

Breaking all the rules with a spur of the moment evening post. I don’t normally share images unrelated to my couples or travels, but there are times when the simple, everyday mundane details invigorate my creativity.

This evening happened to be one of those moments -harvesting my very late blooming tomatoes and figs. With the craziness of summer weddings in full swing, the garden has become my oasis; allowing me to slow down, get my hands dirty, give my eyes a break from editing, and immerse myself in natures palette.

This wedding season I’ve focused on embracing more textures and patterns. Embracing the chaos and unconventional over perfect curation. Truly showcasing your uniqueness and real moments.

If you’ve had me as your photographer, some of my prompts may seem silly; but there is a method to my madness - generating authentic laughs and reactions. When we do slow down though, really getting into a deeper and emotional setting, it can be quite daunting. You’ve most likely just met me, it’s scary being all lovey-dovey in front of a stranger, and tapping into those emotions can be a struggle.

When we trust each other, magic happens. And this image speaks volumes. I asked V+P to imagine that they wouldn’t be seeing each for a year and to memorize every single detail of their partners face. Their eyes, smile lines, any perfect little imperfections that they loved, and imprinting it in their minds. This tender moment was them surrendering to their emotions and truly allowing themselves to FEEL. Tender, affectionate, and everlasting

The wedding celebration of J+S was nothing short of perfect!!! From the abundance of tears and laughs shared by all, to carefully curated details, it was plainly evident how loved these two are. And it’s because of the love they give to everyone; EVERYONE! To truly feel like I was a part of this wonderful group of people within the first few interactions was awe-inspiring. We need more people like this in the world. Thank you J+S; not only for trusting me with your biggest day but for making me feel so welcome, cared for and a part of the memories💛
