Becca & Josh.
What a fun wedding this was. From the minute I arrived the vibes were high! The girls were so fun & set the tone for the day. Music was playing , coolers were being sipped , laughs were had. I love to see it. That’s how it should be done. Becca and Josh said private vows before they headed down the aisle and let me tell you .. I could barely see through my camera . Thankfully autofocus saved me! So sweet and emotional.
I cannot thank you enough for having me there . If I could have I would have stayed and partied with you BUT I had two littles to get home to!
OH and another thing .. if you’re ever in the area of oakbank, check out pineridge hollow! It’s the cutest little village. I’m definitely going back with my family!

Tieing the knot at a lodge on Lake of the woods. This wasn’t just any lodge, this lodge was owned years ago by the grooms family ! The new owners let them get married there - in that very special place . How sweet is that? This lodge is near the Minnesota side of LOTW and was quite the adventure to get there . I’ve only ever gone by ice road in the winter ! It was pretty neat seeing that area in the summer . This day was pretty unique , the bride and groom snuck away right after the ceremony to say private vows on an island they randomly chose . They hopped on a boat right after the first kiss ! They of course eventually came to get me so I could be there to snap photos of their vows - what an honour that was. To be the only person allowed to witness that. A huge perk to the job - feeling so special !
This was one to remember. Thanks you so much Amanda and Tanner . I wish you all the best - you two are such an amazing couple. I’m so happy you found me!!🎉

I’m thinking about doing hose minis in the near future but it may be a next year thing because it’s getting a little chilly!

Mr. & Mrs Burnell!

YES it misted hard on us BUT that doesn’t matter when there is so much love in the air! Not a dry eye on the dock yesterday.
Thank you so much for having me out . Two weeks postpartum and she told me to bring my little guy.. what a beautiful human being. Can’t say I’ve ever done that before . I guess there’s a first for everything. What a great day it was celebrating you two.

One of my favourite things about summer - I get to meet so many out of town cottagers! The cottage sessions have become more popular through out the years and I’m so here for it. Capturing memories in a families most special place - wall hangers for sure.

Had the pleasure of capturing this family a couple weeks ago! I use to not take on as many larger family groups but I’ve grown to love them! We can get so much done with the 30 minute family session and they’re always so much fun! I LOVED editing this album. All the colours😍.

Kade Stanley Goddard. Arriving fashionably late July 29th at 547pm. A 7 pounder.
We love you so much already . Our little family is COMPLETE !

Huge shout out to Kenora midwives . Bekki and Hannah you two were amazing through the entire process and Bekki unreal through the birth. I truly felt so cared for. Also another shout out to the maternity nurses at Kenora hospital - the most loving team , again making me feel so cared for. I can’t thank you enough . This entire experience I felt so lucky.
Cody you are a rockstar of a partner and a rockstar of a dad.
