A little glimpse into a sneak peek gallery of V&J’s perfect wedding day!

With each wedding package I included either a 24-48 hour sneak peek gallery with 30-50 photos! Imagine that, just a few hours after your wedding day receiving some photographs from your sweet day to share with friends and family!

Honestly, it’s one of my favourite parts of my job… I’m typically so excited to go home and getting editing on your galleries and to send them out makes me so excited knowing these images hold so much value and will be cherish for the years to come!!! 🤍

This venue truly felt like a hidden gem. From the charming barn ceremony space to the endless fields and trees surrounding the property, every corner was so beautiful and full of character. I felt like I could wander around exploring for hours.

One final snowy session before the summer sunshine takes over! So thankful for beautiful winter engagement sessions like these and so excited to celebrate their wedding this summer 🤍

Speaking of engagement sessions… there are so many reasons why I recommend my wedding couples to do an engagement session! Here are just a few:

✨ An engagement session with your wedding photographer will give you the chance to get comfortable with each other in front of the camera, understand how your photographer works and what to expect on your big day (you’ll be spending the WHOLE day with your photographer, so this time is important)!

✨ The season before marriage is a special one, one where you are full of excitement for what’s to come, one of planning and preparation for the years to come. The nostalgia of looking back one day will be special and something SO sweet, something you will never get back.

✨ SO many ways you can use your engagement photos in the months leading up to your wedding… some examples are “save the dates”, invitations, the guest book, showers, your friends can print them and gift them to you.

The purpose of the engagement session is WAY more than taking the perfect photo to then announce your engagement online… it’s documenting this beautiful time that you’ll never get back. Trust me!

Just imagine a perfect proposal in this stunning spot!

This was a session I had last summer in the countryside of Quebec. It was calling for rain but it cleared up just in time for the proposal with sunny skies by the end of the session!

I have been wanting to post about the beautiful for a while now. Château Ste-Agnes is a vineyard estate in Quebec’s Eastern Townships known for its European-style architecture, terraced vineyards, and mountain views. The property offers a wide variety of photo locations in one space. It has beautiful stone pathways, vineyard rows, elegant interiors, and wine cellars making it such a perfect afternoon photo location! It blew my mind knowing something so beautiful was so close!

If you are in Montreal you should totally check it out, even if it’s just for the wine tasting!! 🍷

About a month ago I hosted my first ever studio content day and it was INCREDIBLE!!!

I kept it simple inviting a few close photographer friends, hiring some local vendors whom I admire and purchased a few studio props that will come in handy for future sessions…

Long story short, my hope is to host two content days each year!!! I want to make a welcoming space where photographers can come together, build genuine connections, encourage one another, learn, and create something beautiful.

This moment captured here at the ceremony is one of my favourite shots from the whole wedding day.

My couple standing up at the front, surrounded by the community of people who love and care for them, stand by their side when things get tough and laugh with them when days are easy. It’s the sweetest moment, filled with unique people who deeply care for them. It takes a village, and how cool is it to have your whole village in one place at the same time, watching you get married! 🤍
