When you work full-time, run a photography business, and plan a wedding, it’s easy to convince yourself that there’s no time left for self-care.

This past weekend, I was reminded just how important it really is.

My second family—my coworkers—who all have busy lives of their own, took the time to celebrate with me. For a few hours, there were no schedules to keep, no deadlines to meet, and no endless to-do lists. Just laughter, great conversations, and memories being made.

It was some of the most fun I’ve had in a very long time, and it reminded me that even the busiest people need time to recharge, connect, and simply enjoy the moment.

To my coworkers who have become such close friends over the last year: thank you. This bachelorette wine tour was more than just a fun day out—it was a reminder of how valuable genuine friendships and meaningful connections truly are. I appreciate every one of you.

And to all of my wonderful clients: thank you for your patience and support while I navigate this exciting season of life. I am still here for you—just a little preoccupied with wedding planning at the moment! If you’re thinking about booking a photoshoot or have any questions, send me a message. A little note from behind the lens ✨

You may have noticed I’ve been a little quieter lately and posting less than usual. Truthfully, I’ve been spending this time working behind the scenes on some exciting things for AH Photography.

I’ve been refining, learning, and really focusing on the experience I want to create for my clients — not just beautiful photos, but an experience that feels personal, meaningful, and unforgettable from start to finish.

This season has been one of growth, reflection, and building something even better, and I cannot wait to share what’s coming. Thank you for being here and for supporting this journey. 🤍
