Have you ever thought about doing photos with your whole family? 🤍

This family came together to celebrate their parents’ 40th anniversary and I just love that they chose to document it with a session.

These are the kind of photos I think become even more meaningful with time. The little moments, the laughs, having everyone together — all the things you don’t realize you’ll miss until years down the road.

I have a feeling these are photos they’ll look back on for many, many years to come. 🤍

The sleepy mornings. The messy hair. The little hands reaching for yours. The belly laughs, the cuddles, the chaos.

Because one day, these ordinary moments will be the ones you miss the most.

You don’t need everyone looking at the camera.

I couldn’t help myself from stepping behind the camera for a few moments on this beautiful day.

So grateful I got to be there not just as family, but to witness and celebrate such a beautiful beginning for my sister-in-law and her now husband. Between the happy tears, the little in-between moments and all the love surrounding them, there was just too much beauty not to capture a little of it myself.

While families will always have a special place in my heart, they’re not the only stories I get to tell.

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Eden as she refreshed her brand with updated images for her beautiful business. From reflexology and reiki to sound baths and yoga… hearing her passion for helping others made this session so much more than a branding shoot.

One of my favourite parts of this job is getting to meet incredible people, learn about what they do and creating images that truly reflect who they are and the heart behind their business.

Thank you, Eden, for trusting me to capture this exciting chapter. I had so much fun learning more about everything you offer and I can’t wait to create together again. 🤍
