OUR STORY:

Photographs and Memory began when my Mother decided to move to a retirement community from the family home; with not much room in her new place, it was necessary for us—her kids—to figure out what to do with the contents of her house, including the thousands of print photographs she’d accumulated over the past 88 years.

I took all of her photographs into my house and, for the next three years, spent some time over the Christmas season scanning photos from her collection. Each year, my brothers and sisters received a memory stick from me containing photos from our family home—a gift that they all treasure and use.

I began to consider how often this situation must arise in families and how difficult it is to divide items of precious memories, like photographs, among family members. Now, with the services of Photographs and Memory, all of your pictures are available to your family and friends in print-ready condition on a compact USB drive—no worries about large storage spaces or environmental damage to print photos and, best of all, your memories can be shared with everyone in an easy, accessible format.
