I’ll never forget the day I finally allowed myself to come to the realization that it just wasn’t for me anymore. I was in denial and I am not sure what it was about that ONE DAY, but it is when all the pieces finally came together and I could see the full picture clearly.
I’ve been holding on because I thought it was what I had to do. Set in my ways and doing what I always have done. Which is part of the problem. It has been starting to feel like there was no way out. I started to wonder and asked myself “is how it will always be?”
You see, I have so many passion projects and other avenues in my business that I have been dreaming to do. I’ve started and stopped because there simply just wasn’t enough time and mental capacity to take it all on, especially while trying to balance a healthy work/life balance. So here we are today and I know this is the next step for me and it feels so right. I’m nervous as heck to spill the beans, but away we go.
Friend, today I am officially announcing that I will no longer be booking individual portrait sessions.
Okay, I said it. So what does this mean?
Outside of seasonal session event dates, I will no longer be booking new local family, maternity, newborn, branding or those style of sessions. Engagement sessions will now only be available for my wedding clients.
I seriously feel crazy for saying this and feel like a huge weight has already been lifted off my shoulders.
Sooo you may be wondering what happens next? If you already have a session booked or a gift card for next year, don’t sweat, I got you!
However, any new inquiries will be booked with my resident lifestyle photographer Anita for the 2022 season.
Honestly, I am so very excited to expand my business and crush some new goals. I am so thankful for each and every client I’ve had the experience to work with and those loyal clients who come back year after year. I still hope to see you in my event dates.
