Always such an honour to document this intimate and special time. And what a gorgeous location for them! Their ceremony was just as beautiful.

These two get married tomorrow! Here’s a throwback to their engagement photos during a blizzard in the mountains last November. It made for some gorgeous photos!
We’re in for opposite weather tomorrow with a sunny 32° 🥵 can not wait to celebrate with these two!! Here’s to an incredible day 🤩

Wednesday evening celebrating Cassie + Quinton’s engagement. What a sweet couple! It was great being back in the mountains.
What a perfect evening! It was hazy from smoke but it was warm, breezy, glowy, and quiet. So happy for these two and really enjoyed hanging out with them 🫶🏼

Emma and Joel were married on a weekend with a flood and rainfall warning in effect. Of course with weddings, you don’t just reschedule the day. We all made the most of it and I actually think their day was so much more memorable because of the amount of rain and wind there was! Whenever I noticed a small break in the weather, I grabbed E+J and their wedding party and we did what we could before it started pouring again.
It was my first time at and I really enjoyed the property, even though our time was mostly spent in the house and in the tent.
I asked Emma how she felt throughout the day and she was just so happy and content. She made such a stunning bride, and Joel complemented her so well in his green suit. Emma and Joel have been together since their mid teens and they share such a deep commitment to one another. I loved seeing them interact with their family and friends, laugh and cry during speeches, share their first dance, and almost never stopped smiling. Although the rain was really memorable, the people there made things so special. I’m so thankful that E+J chose me to document their day! I can’t believe it’s already come and gone. I’m so excited for them as they start the rest of their lives together 🥹💕

The most chill newborn session I’ve ever had! Steph and Carson are very laid back too so I’m not surprised that their little guy is already matching their energy.
I had the pleasure of documenting S+C’s pregnancy a couple months back and was invited into their beautiful home this past weekend to capture this new chapter for them as they step into parenthood. What an honour it is to have a little glimpse into their evolving life 🫶🏼

Laura + Colby 🌱

I met these two at a gorgeous wedding I photographed back when I was 30 weeks pregnant in 2024. Laura was one of the bridesmaids and Colby was her plus one as they were dating at the time! I recognized Colby as we had gone to middle school together in between all the moving I did growing up. I don’t even remember if I spoke to L and C at the wedding but I definitely hadn’t forgotten their faces now in 2026.
Fast forward to the end of last year, I got an inquiry from Laura and she mentioned that I photographed the wedding I met them at back in 2024. I remembered them right away and was so excited to hear from her! Laura and Colby are really two peas in a pod. I told them during their engagement session that I feel like they suit each other so well. They have the same energy and the same souls. It’s such an honour to be alongside them during this exciting time! It was such a pleasure to watch these two interact. And I loved meeting their sweet dogs too!
We spent time taking photos (of course 😂) and got to chat a bunch too! I love getting to know couples better, especially when we’re on a similar wavelength and everything seems so organic.
We hoped for a sunset session after rescheduling their initial engagement session date, but instead we got a gloomy evening. I felt like it suited L+C so well though! I loved everything about their session. Their love is gentle and unconditional. I feel like they must have been lovers in a past life too.
I spent a lot longer with these two than I normally do so when I got back to my car to text my husband that I was on the way home, I saw texts from him worrying about my safety and wondering why I hadn’t texted that I was leaving yet 😂
I can not wait to photograph Laura and Colby’s wedding day! I know it will be a really special and thoughtful day. I’m so grateful for this incredible job and to have the opportunity to witness and document the lives of some awesome people.

A short and sweet wedding celebration with Chelsea and Tim yesterday on their property! They shared some private vows right before their ceremony and had their dog, Milo, take on the role of their ring bearer. We managed to get all of their photos in before the storm hit! We said our goodbyes just as it started raining. Notice some of Chelsea’s hair standing up in the last photo, thanks to the storm above 😂⚡️
Such a special afternoon with these two! 💕

A few different frames of this gorgeous spot (and two different focal lengths)! When I have both camera bodies on me outside, I typically use my 50mm and an 85mm! I generally just use my 35mm indoors so I have a bit more wiggle room in tighter spaces (it’s also great for mountain views or beautiful views in general to really capture more of the environment). The 85mm is such a dreamy lens and is great to get reactions during ceremonies and receptions. Sometimes I get a handful of photos with it during portraits too! The quality is amazing. The 50mm is my most used and favourite though. It’s so great for portraits and everyday use! The 35mm is a very close second 😎

I can’t believe we’re coming up on two years since celebrating this day. Some weddings truly feel like they just happened a few months back!
So excited for these two as they wait on the arrival of their first babe together 💕
