Okay but how do I even explain this day?!
A bunch of women showed up to a sunflower field not knowing exactly what to expect…
And somehow by the end of the day:
✨ strangers were cheering each other on
✨ compliments were flying around like confetti
✨ dance parties happened in the middle of a field
✨ tears were shed
✨ laughs were had
✨ and a whole bunch of women left feeling a little more confident than when they arrived
The photos are amazing (obviously 😉), but my favourite part will always be watching women realize they deserve to take up space, be celebrated, and feel beautiful.
This is The Sunflower Experience. 🌻🤍

Not because you need to lose weight.
Not because you need to be more confident.
Not because you need better photos.
Simply because you deserve a day that is entirely about you. 🤍

It always starts the same...
Walking into the room a little nervous.
Picking out your outfits.
Getting pampered.
Wondering if you’re actually going to be able to do this.
Then somewhere between the laughter, the hype, and hearing me yell, “YAAASSSS!” from behind the camera... something shifts.
You stop worrying about what you look like.
You start having fun.
You start seeing yourself a little differently.
And then... these photos happen. 🤍
This is just a tiny peek into what a Bo***ir Marathon day looks like with me.

Not every engagement session has to be soft smiles and perfectly posed moments.

Sometimes it’s dramatic dips...
questionable balance...
and me laughing behind the camera wondering if we’re about to become a blooper reel.
(Spoiler: Nobody hit the ground. 😂)

Story time... 🌻🤍
People always ask me what happens at The Sunflower Experience.
Honestly?
It’s a little bit of everything.
It’s women arriving nervous and leaving laughing.
It’s complete strangers skipping through a field with their arms linked like they’ve been friends for years.
It’s teaching your photographer how to twerk. 😂
It’s chasing geese because... apparently that’s what we do now.
It’s hyping each other up during photos.
It’s celebrating one another.
It’s sitting under a tent swapping stories.
It’s dancing, laughing, hugging, and realizing maybe you weren’t quite as alone as you thought you were.
Somewhere between all of that...
A community starts to grow.
And that’s the part I’m most proud of.

Turns out you left with a hype squad.
The loudest cheers of the day never came from me behind the camera.
They came from the women standing beside each other.
That’s the kind of energy I want every woman to experience.
