Baseball season > everything else.

I had the absolute honor of photographing this incredible group for Hive Surrogacy. Some are currently carrying miracles and some have completed their journeys, but all of them share a bond that is hard to put into words. Selfless, powerful, and beautifully woven together. They are the ultimate definition of community- - women who lift each other up while bringing dreams to life for families everywhere. 🐝

🍂 SUNSET FALL MINI SESSIONS 🍂

This year, I’m doing things a little differently.
Instead of packing an entire day full of mini sessions, I’ll be offering a limited number of sunset sessions each evening during the best fall light of the season. ✨

Why? Because the dreamy golden light right before sunset creates the most beautiful, warm, glowy images — and honestly, it’s my favourite way to shoot.

Sessions will take place in the evenings throughout late September & early October, with only 3 spots available per night.

Details:
☀️ Sunset will be earlier this time of year, so sessions will begin around 5:30–6:30 PM depending on the date.
🍂 Limited availability
🌧 Rain dates will be much easier to accommodate if needed

Investment:
$150 for 20 minutes
$50 retainer required to book (applied toward your session total)

These are perfect for families, couples, maternity, or updated portraits before the holidays.

This weekend, I met up with Ang and some of the incredible surrogate mothers from the Hive Surrogacy community in Port Stanley, and we spent the evening on the beach together capturing their stories through photos.

What a beautiful thing to bear witness to. The strength, love, and selflessness these women carry is something truly special. So grateful to have been invited into such a meaningful space… more photos to come 🤍

I took this photo a couple of weeks ago at a family session, and immediately loved how it looked like a hunting portrait, which gave me a great idea for a future session…

Consider this my official application to come hunting with you and take epic photos!

Strengths:

- I think camo pants are super cute, and already own a pair!
- I will refer your highly trained hunting dogs as “sweet baby” and “who’s-a-good-boy”
- I’ll bring snacks.
- I won’t shoot a gun, but I’ll make finger guns and say “pew pew!”

Weaknesses:

- I don’t want to be cold
- I have zero survival skills.
- I don’t want to get my hands dirty
