This little one right here made me a mother 9 years ago today. I am certain there is not another human being who loves me more then she does. For most of her young life I thought my role was to teach her independence. I've realized lately though, the more connected she and I are, the brighter her star shines out in the world. So to my Baby Girl, my wish for you on your birthday, is that you always know My love for you is as deep as Yours is for me.

This couple was so much fun to work with. It was snowing like crazy but they were in such great spirits. We all have circumstances such as bad weather but seeing the bright side really makes or breaks, not only a photoshoot, but many situations. I'd like to equate "looking on the bright side" to gratitude and my intentions right now are to be more grateful.
