Selah Saylor Images: Photography by Robin Saylor Photography by Robin Saylor Back in the day when I only dreamed of Prince Charming and white weddings I also made a list of names for my future babies. Pause.

"Selah" was always on the top of that list - that is, until I met my prince and I soon realized that naming my child Selah Saylor was a bit cruel. "Selah" is an old Hebrew word meaning "PAUSE AND THINK OF THAT". When it came time to name my photography business it was a no brainer - Selah Saylor Images was born. When the camera clicks it becomes a moment paused in time. The image brings us back t

o that moment - we pause, we remember, we think of that. I bought my first "big" camera and took my first photography class in 2001 while pregnant with my second baby. It was love at first click. For ten years I've played around in the photography world - weddings, families, babies, journalism, portraits, community events. I'm finally giving it a name, taking the plunge and making it real.
