Lewis Hamilton - a Short Music Film by .studio x x has officially been selected for this years to compete for best Music Video. 📽️🎞️
We are all beyond grateful to be selected for this lovely film festival right here in our hometown. 🏡
This music video was three years in the making. Originally crafted to be a huge scale video, we had to adapt many times after not securing a big budget multiple years in a row; before deciding to just do it anyway & not wait for permission from funding parties to get it made. 🎬🎥
Big Lou & I wrote & re-wrote the video many times because we were not going to give up on the vision or getting it made.
Last year when we decided to just make it, we brought on Paula & Federico of Half & Half to help us elevate the video to the next level. We can’t thank them enough for this passion & talents they brought to the video. 📝🎦
Shoutout to for always being there to support us & bringing our 5 incredible custom picture cars; thank you Terry! Thank you to Elle from .actout who helped us with casting our supporting roles.
Massive thank you to all our other supporters but especially our cast & crew who rose to the occasion & helped us bring this vision to life.
We are so proud of this piece of work, as it was created with 100% human talent all from the London & surrounding area.
This video is a testament to not giving up, not taking no for an answer, not waiting for permission to make our art and adapting the plan when you need to.
