Meet my family! The reason why I do what I do and the reason why I slow down at times to be able to be mindful and present in their lives.
I don’t often make an appearance here but today I want to celebrate them…. We are changing and evolving as individuals and as family and I am grateful for today and for the moments we get to spend together. They are pretty amazing!
