What you WILL find, rising unexpectedly from the flat Manitoba prairie, is a cathedral.
This is the story of the Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church - built entirely by volunteer hands during the Great Depression, with no debt and no hired labour. Just faith, bare hands, and an unshakeable belief that what they were building mattered.
And the priest who designed it? He died before his greatest dream was ever finished.
