🎬 NEW VIDEO OUT NOW!

Just off Provincial Road 212, there's a sign for a place called Cooks Creek. But if you go looking for a town - you won't find one.

What you WILL find, rising unexpectedly from the flat Manitoba prairie, is a cathedral.

This is the story of the Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church - built entirely by volunteer hands during the Great Depression, with no debt and no hired labour. Just faith, bare hands, and an unshakeable belief that what they were building mattered.

And the priest who designed it? He died before his greatest dream was ever finished.

🚂🌾 NEW VIDEO PREMIERE! 🌾🚂

Hidden in the small community of Dufresne stands a prairie giant—one of Manitoba’s last historic grain elevators. Once the heart of the town, this wooden sentinel carried the stories of farmers, families, and a way of life that built the prairies.

In my latest video, I take you through the history of the Dufresne Grain Elevator—from its early construction, to the managers who ran it, to the role it played in connecting this community to the rest of the province.

What are your memories of Dufresne—or of the elevators that once dotted our prairie towns? Share them below ⬇️

Rising tall against the endless prairie, Dufrèsne’s grain elevator has been a silent witness to Manitoba’s farming heartland for over 70 years. Built in 1948...
