One of my last beach evenings of the year. And the sky really decided to show off for us. 🥹

Bare feet in the sand, little hands reaching for mama’s belly, being tossed into the air by dad, and one more summer memory made before this family begins an entirely new chapter.

These are the kinds of sessions I love most. Not just documenting what your family looks like right now, but what this season of your life felt like.

Still one of my favorite images from the entire season.

There's something so special about looking back at Christmas photos when they're little. They change so much from one Christmas to the next and before you know it, these tiny versions of them become memories.

There’s just something about documenting this tiny chapter before everything changes. The anticipation, the love, the last little while of carrying them so close.

A little note from me this week. 🤎

I’m asking for just a little extra patience when it comes to galleries and messages over the next few days.

This week, I’m getting ready to send my youngest off to school for the very first time… and this mama is struggling a little more than I expected. 🥹

So for these last couple of days that I still have my babies home with me, I’m giving myself permission to step away from the screen and soak up this last little moment.

Once school is up and running and we’ve settled into our new routine, I’ll be back behind the computer and galleries will be flying out of here!

Thank you so much for your patience, your understanding, and for allowing me to be a mama first for these last few days of this chapter.
